G-MAX REVERSE BUNGEE SINGAPORE

For all the adventurous and sporty tourists out there! Have you encountered any exciting and thrilling experience in Singapore yet? Are you willing to try the hard and extreme types of adventure here in Singapore? If your answer is yes, then this is definitely the appropriate site to discover about the adventure which might appeal to you and which you could try it out! :)

Ever heard of the exhilarating reverse bungee rides coming from the other end of the world and wondered how it feels like to something similar to a rocket ride? Wondering if you will get the fastest shock in your entire life? Well, with the modern technology in Singapore, these amazing bungee rides have been installed here ever since New Zealand invented this idea of a 360 degrees reverse bungee jumping ride just for this purpose. Basically, it makes use of gravity as the basic concept for the mechanics of this ride. It is a thrilling, heart-stopping ride which lasts for about 5 minutes. You will be sitting on a 3-seater metal 'cage' and secured tightly to your seats with the seatbelts fastened to you, and the outrageously wild journey begins once your feet starts to pull away from the ground. In this ride, you will be thrown up 60 metres in the air and at the speed of lightning of about 200km/h. You will be soaring up the skyline and that is when you will be screaming your heads off and before you know it, you would have already been completely reversed and brought back to the starting point. People who seek entertainment and fulfilment in a short and yet fun way would prefer to take this ride if they have never tried it before since it is a 'must-go' if you visit Singapore.

There are two kinds of rides which you can choose from the official GMax station. They are the G-Max Reverse Bungee and GX-5 Extreme Swing. Both rides are similar, however the only difference in the both of the rides is that the reverse bungee G-max is a more thrilling ride compared to the GX-5 Extreme Swing ride. This is because the reverse bungee takes riders off at the speed of 200kph and 60 metres high with a gravitational force of 5 but the Extreme Swing only takes them up to the height of 50metres and the maximum speed of 120kph. Both rides are strongly recommended to try since you will be able to feel the 100% Pure New Zealand Adrenaline Rush and it might be your once in a lifetime chance to do so if you have yet to do so.

Additionally, with the professionally designed and crafted machine for these rides, for example the premium rubberised G-max Bungee cords and the ability and duarbility of the bungee itself which is able to withstand about 10 000 kg of weight, you will never have the need to feel worried about your safety and miss your chance to ride on these fantastic and fabulous short rides. Also, with the additional assurance according to statistics and past records and experiences, it is a 100% guaranteed safe ride and it has definitely
been experiemented with real life people and there is zero defects. Therefore, you can fully trust the skilled workers who have an expertise for this and are working there. It is also impossible to find these amazing reverse bungee rides and extreme swing rides from any countries except for the 7 countries which has this built-in enhanced extreme adventure. So, it is a very rare opportunity for you to experience this if you have missed it during your visit to Singapore.

There are several ride packages for all of you who are interested in trying out the rides. If you want to experience the complete 2-in-1 package, then it is recommended to take up the Super-Christmas Combo which includes both the reverse bungee and extreme swing rides and the bungee video and swing photograph. Also, since Christmas is nearing, for just $70 per person, it will definitely be a great place for an utmost entertainment! Besides, it is also value-for-money treat to pamper your loved ones and yourself. There is also another type of ticket pricing for the two respective rides. It costs $45 per person for the regular G-max reverse bungee and regular GX-5 Extreme Swing rides respectively. However, it will be cheaper if you get the Max-Combo consisting of GX-5 and G-max for $60 per individual. There is also another Supermax-combo for both the rides plus the photo and a cap capped at just $100 per person. If I were to suggest for the most worth it package, I would take either the Christmas combo or the Max-Combo since what I look for is the extra thrill element in this activity and
I could actually save up quite a big sum of money at the same time.

However, it is important for everyone to adhere to the terms and conditions at the station itself in order to maintain safety within the compounds. For instance, people who are intoxicated before taking the ride are not allowed to take the rides. Riders have to be at a minimum of 1.2 metres tall and should be 12 years old and above.

The rides operate from 2pm to 1am every Mondays to Thursdays, 2pm to 3am on every Fridays, 1pm to 3am on Saturdays and 1pm to 1am on Sundays. Practically it is safe to say that the rides are opened throughout the week, and if you are the type who loves to drink and likes nightlife entertainment, you can actually take a trip down to Clarke Quay and take this ride and aftermath enjoy yourself at the popular pubs, bars and clubs nearby. The time slots are also suitable and ideal for night owls, and especially great for those who love visiting Clarke Quay in the night.

This attractive ride is located at Clarke Quay, 3E River Valley Road. A clearer representation is shown in the map below:

It is accessible by taxis, MRTs and buses. If you are taking an Mrt ride down, alight at the Clarke Quay station through the Purple Line, also known as the Northeast Line and exit from Eu Tong Sen Street. Through the exit, walk over to the Coleman Bridge heading towards MITA building and turn left to the River Valley Road. G-Max Bungee is just located near the river. Those travelling there by buses or taxis, remember to spot the five
huge white towers or you can either walk back through Clarke Quay or walk towards MITA building towards River Valley Road for about 150metres in order to reach.

Alternatively, if you would like to book tickets in advance
instead, you can call them at 65 63381766 to make a reservati on too.

Good food and entertainment spot nearby!

The Pump Room, located at Clarke Quay- The Foundry, 3B River Valley Road #01-09/10
Singapore 179021
is rated to be an excellent restaurant and at the same time consisting of the entertainment concept. It is first launched in December 2006 and seats up to 240 diners. Their innovative dining concept is a blend of the modern Australian dining with their freshly brewed beer. It is actually one of the most ideal place for adults and tourists to chill out and relax after a day of hard work since there are live bands like the Jive Talkin' playing a mix of Jazz, Pop and Rock music depending on customers' requests to live up your spirits and rejuvenate you. The added advantage of the cozy ambience within the premises makes you think twice whether to visit this special concept restaurant for another time.

Also, The Pump Room offers a wide selection and variety of totally authentic Australian cuisines ranging from the Crispy Blueswimmer Crab Cake on Mango and waterchestnut salsa to the Sticky Date Pudding with toffee anglaise. These are well selected mouth watering dishes which can never be missed if you are in Singapore and if you enjoy the nightlife here. With the ever pleasing service oriented staff here, you can now have a whale of your time relaxing while savouring and indulging in delicious and tantalizing heavenly food.

The prices are quoted at a reasonable price in a contemporary restaurant like this. Hence, it is strongly recommended that you visit this restaurant after you had taken your exciting ride at the G-Max station. With all these wonderful treats, wouldn't you be tempted to take a look for yourself and come back for more? Remember do not stop at one!

3 attractions on Sentosa.

Sentosa, an island off Singapore, which can be accessed by car, bus, cable car and monorail, is full of attractions that are bound to attract the tourist!

Some of the attractions include Resorts World Sentosa, Underwater World. In this post, we will introduce 3 attractions that are fun and yet adventurous to some!

The first attraction is the Luge. It offers a truly unique outdoor experience suitable for all ages that is not found anywhere else in Singapore or Southeast Asia. Even though it might seem to be scary while waiting for our turn, it turned out to be really fun and just like the slogan for the Luge, "once is never enough!"
The second attraction is the skyride, which is near to the Luge, and is usually taken together, is a ride that takes you up to the hill, and allows the passenger take a breathtaking view of Singapore as the city skyline and harbour transform into a dazzling city of lights at night. During the day, it displays yet another side to Singapore and Sentosa. For those that have acrophobia (the fear of heights), need not worry! As this attraction is safe and goes at a relatively slow speed, the phobia of heights would soon be forgotten!

How to get there?

Link:http://www.hg.sg/sentosa/luge/map.html This a picture of the map. The Skyline and Luge are both at Imbiah Lookout. Monorail: Imbiah Lookout or Beach station.

Car: Imbiah Lookout carpark and Beach carpark.

Sentosa bus: Blue Line and Red Line bus.

Bus: Orange Sentosa bus from Habourfront bus interchange to Beach Station.

For the Luge and Skyride, both of them operate from 10am to 9.30pm.

The third attraction is the Sentosa 4D Magix. There are 3 types of shows that are available there, "Desperados", "Pirates" and "Extreme Log Rides". Desperados is an interactive game where you can sit on a "horse" and get your guns to shoot at the targets! The "horse" will move when the targets appear, and thus making it challenging. Pirates is a 4D movie that has gotten 3 times in a row the Asian Attractions award. It is a really amazing experience inside the theatre whereby the Pirates Of The Carribean abstract was played. 3D Glasses were provided for all of us who are going to catch the 4D movie. Therefore, everything felt so real, hilarious and unbelievable in the sense that it felt like you are in the movie scene itself since all the graphics are popped up like real objects. There are certain scenes which are like a 'dream-come-true' feeling and it acts up immediately at that instant. For example, real water will be sprayed onto the audiences when the pirate in the movie starts spitting water out. And there are effects of crab claws clawing on audiences' legs when the crabs in the movie are clawing the specific man. This is actually a great experience to begin with because not many people even Singapore citizens, have been there and done that before. It makes use of the latest and advanced technology to give off fascinating effects and impress thousands of people. It is considered as a type of more relaxed and casual activity, more towards the leisure entertainment adventure. Extreme Log Rides brings the audience to the Himalamazon which is a place to grow super trees! The audience will feel that this is their bumpiest ride ever, while safely kept in the seats! With the extremely exhilarating ride on the artificial log with 3D glasses kept on, audiences will have to resist and hold on to their fear as they embark through the rough and rugged whole-course journey throughout the 10-15 minutes of the ride. Remember, it is not for the weak-hearted as the ride is going to be just a snap of the fingers.

In my opinion, I recommend adolescents and maybe leisure-seeking adults to go and take on these 3 rides. It is assured that you will get the best out of these rides and be able to enjoy and appreciate the art of adventure in the cyber world. It is most suitable for people who seeks entertainment and soft adventure but prefers enjoying indoors instead of the outdoor hard adventure. It is completely indoors and equipped with air-conditioning around the premises. You will be taken into another world during these shows and rides and after you complete all of them, you will definitely be enthralled by the wonders of technology and the beauty of indoor adventure and leisure. So why not, give it a try now? :)

The location of the 4D magix is near also the Imbiah Lookout.

It operates from 10am to 9pm. The last show starts at 8.45pm.
